  We service Melbourne wide, including all suburbs and the CBD. We provide same-day emergency service where possible.

• Do you charge a call-out fee?

  A service fee applies for our initial visit. We discuss this with you upfront before dispatching a plumber so there are no surprises.

• Are you available on weekends?

• How quickly can you respond to emergencies?

  For emergency calls during our operating hours, we aim to have a plumber dispatched as quickly as possible. We will confirm availability and timing when you call.

• Can I get a quote over the phone?

  For straightforward services like gas safety checks we can quote over the phone. For more complex issues, we will need to assess the job on site to provide an accurate quote.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Invoicing can be arranged for larger jobs.
